I agree with the article about the driving license should not be given to ages 16 to 17. I think that you should get your license at the age of 18 though, even though other states say I can before 18. Other as New Jersey and Connecticut, they allow ages 16 4 months (Connecticut) and 17 (New Jersey). I think the laws of getting driving license, for all states, is the minimum of the age of 18, no matter what.
The article says that the ages around the 20s have more matured minds, so that is why the minimum getting drivers license, for most of the states, is 18. I am not sure why but I believe in that theory. Many drivers from the two states I mentioned have many crashes but New Jersey had a bit less than Connecticut. I think its because of the maturing minds of older teens. Thinking this is because of the sense of common sense.
